In my opinion, in addition to formulating a practical class management system, as a teacher, we should also do a good job, that is, treat students equally. When students violate class rules or behave well, no matter they are poor students or top students, no matter they are class cadres or ordinary students, they should be treated equally and fairly. However, the management effect of each group was not good at first. After communicating with the team members, I found that it is not that I don't want to do a good job. The key is that my own conditions are not enough to do a good job in distribution. Later, I communicated and discussed with them, and asked the students to choose positions in the group according to their own advantages. If there are more candidates for the selected position, two or more candidates will run for the election. Finally, all the candidates for the internal positions of the six groups were determined. There were eight people in the group, who performed their duties and cooperated with each other in management. The effect of class management became more and more obvious.

In short, the research of the subject makes me "tired and happy". Continuous learning and progress in "tiredness" has enabled me to form my own unique management style in class management and achieved certain results. Of course, there is no end to learning. University is a place to cultivate independence, not high school, and high school teachers play a great role in the class. Generally, it is also managed by the class teacher, but the university is different and cannot be compared with yesterday. Students have their own thoughts, and the construction of a class depends on the cooperation of the whole class. Therefore, the overall management of the class is basically handed over to the class cadres, and everyone has a clear division of labor, do their own work well and provide services for the whole class.

After the class cadres officially took office, they were asked to join the relevant QQ group. After that, unless the class notice goes through my hand, it is basically the class cadres who inform their classmates themselves. I won't manage these things. Because the focus of the class is the students themselves, even if they know the counselor, I can't cover everything, which is not conducive to their ability development. Last year, I was the head teacher of Class Two, Grade Five. As the basic unit of school teaching activities, the level of class management plays an important role in the healthy and all-round development of students and the completion of various educational and teaching tasks. I spent a lot of time and energy to get close to them, study them, go into their hearts, and make class management strict and orderly. Specifically, I manage the class from the following aspects.

First of all, arrange the seats reasonably

All personal rights of students are inviolable, students' yearning and pursuit of all kinds of beautiful things should be recognized and respected, students' thirst for knowledge should be protected and publicized, and students' understanding and choice of life should be tolerated and recognized. In this way, the distance between students and class teachers will be closer and the educational effect will be better. The concept of equality requires the head teacher to treat every student in the class equally, so that gifted students and problem students are treated equally; Boys and girls are treated equally. When arranging seats, some teachers will arrange seats according to their grades, and let all students go outside the classroom and call the roll according to the score book. The top ten senior classrooms will choose their seats at will, followed by the top 20 and top 30 ... Go straight back. This practice is most likely to hurt students' self-esteem and dampen their enthusiasm. My approach is to first select students with vision and hearing problems and let students with poor hearing sit in the middle; Let the students with vision problems walk forward from the back until they can see the words on the blackboard clearly before sitting down; Then I rank according to size, without favoring any student, so as to create an equal concept in the class.

Of course, I'm not a saint, I'm more sophisticated, and I know how difficult it is to be a man. Second, care about students with problems.

Under the long-term influence of exam-oriented education, teachers have invested a lot of wisdom and energy in gifted students without exception, which is extremely unfair to problem students and has caused profound and lasting harm to them. Pupils are still in the long physical stage, their physical and mental development is not mature enough, their self-restraint ability is generally poor, and they are inevitably naive in thinking. It is really normal to make mistakes in life and study. Seeing that the problem students have poor grades and poor performance, they discriminate or even give up. In my opinion, it is not terrible for students to make mistakes. The terrible thing is that there is no way to help students correct their shortcomings. The head teacher should treat students as children, treat their mistakes calmly and dialectically, tolerate their mistakes, give them less opportunities to make mistakes, give them more opportunities to mend their ways, and warm their hearts with their broad love. It is not enough to have love and tolerance for problem students, but also to be strict objectively. In the first class meeting of the two classes I just took over, several problem students deliberately violated classroom discipline and tested the attitude of the head teacher to them. After every emergency, I always find a small office, let them sit down first, and then start talking. How to manage the class collective well and make it a collective with consistent goals, consistent organizational core, correct public opinion and strong morale? My practice is to let all students participate in class management. I think this is the premise of doing a good job in class. I consciously ask everyone to manage the class together and pay attention to cultivating students' collective consciousness and self-management ability. In the usual observation and classmates' recommendation, establish a strong class Committee to let students manage themselves. After students register, I collect students' information, especially their home phone numbers or their parents' mobile phone numbers, so as to get in touch with their parents. A female classmate in my class didn't come home on time after school for a long time, mixed with "bad children" in society, didn't want to go to school, and developed many bad habits. After learning about this situation, I made an agreement with my parents: after school, my parents will pick her up in person, keep her away from bad people, pay attention to caring and reminding her at ordinary times, and give her praise and encouragement if she makes a little progress. After a semester of study, students' learning and behavior habits have made great progress. Of course, there is still a strategic problem in getting in touch with parents, especially students with problems. Don't let them go home to their parents by themselves, it's easy to go wrong. Cause a lot of unnecessary trouble. For this kind of students, my practice is to contact the parents by phone first, and the parents will take the children home from school and send them back to school after a week of education. There are many things in class management, different working methods and ever-changing situations and tasks. I will explore and summarize the effective methods and experiences in practice, so that the level of class management will continue to leap to a new level, with less experience in class management.
