School-age children in Wucheng District are enrolled in primary schools (here, all school-age children in public primary schools in Fuzhou), and their names are predicted through the "Fuzhou Primary School Enrollment Prediction System". The school and the administrative department of education shall confirm the registration qualification of school-age children after checking the admission certificate of school-age children who have successfully registered. Children who are confirmed to meet the registration requirements need to fill in their volunteers online through the "Fuzhou Primary School Enrollment Forecast Name System" for computer allocation.
The forecast name system is expected to be launched on June1June-30.
How should outsiders enroll?
1 What materials do the accompanying children need to enter school!
Children who move with them to attend public primary schools must have their household registration book and their parents' ID cards, residence permits within the jurisdiction of both parents (the same below) or house ownership certificates (immovable property certificate, advance notice registration certificate or immovable property registration certificate). Parents of migrant workers' children have entered their temporary residence registration information into the Fujian Provincial Public Security Management Information System before February 28th (inclusive), and hold the Fujian Provincial Temporary Residence Registration Certificate within their jurisdiction, they can also apply to attend public primary schools.
Simply put, if the child is registered in a foreign country, * both parties need to have a residence permit or registration certificate on or before February 28th. (If one of them is a local hukou, this one doesn't need a residence permit), or if you have a property and live in the area where the property is located as a foster child, then you don't need a residence permit!
2 What conditions can be given priority?
The focus of this year has changed compared with last year!
Priority distribution conditions in five urban areas: On the premise that the children who move with them have the conditions to attend public primary schools, the following priority levels are set for the first volunteer students:
First, parents hold 100% property rights (house ownership certificate, immovable property certificate, advance notice registration certificate, immovable property registration certificate) of the property within the service scope of the voluntary school, or they hold the property within the service scope of the voluntary school with their grandparents and parents and their parents hold more than 50% (inclusive) of their accompanying children.
Secondary priority:
(1) Parents with business licenses and annual tax payment certificates (electronic invoices for national tax and local tax) in the residential area before February 28th;
(2) Children with their parents' household registration in the district where they apply for admission, and the other party's residence permit in the same district;
(3) Both parents have children who move with them, and they are enrolled in registered permanent residence, the school district, where their household registration is located.
The third priority: the accompanying children whose parents have paid social security for more than 6 months in the urban area (as of June 30 of that year).
This year's first priority level will define this part of the property more clearly, and it needs 100% property rights to give priority. Or have real estate with grandparents, you need to reach more than 50% to give priority!
The second point is to add a condition that one or both wives are local hukou (need to be in the same district).
Judging from the changes in the priority conditions of the children who move with them this year, there will be a trend of slowly enrolling in school.

The accompanying children who have not been admitted by computer allocation and who meet the requirements and do not participate in computer allocation for some reason shall be arranged by the county (city) District Education Bureau to attend public schools with insufficient students or to attend private schools by purchasing services.

Answer hot questions from outsiders!
1 Does the residence permit need more than half a year?
There has never been such a statement in the policy: as long as the residence permit is obtained before the forecast name, if the residence permit has not been applied for at that time, the temporary residence registration information on or before February 28 has been entered into the Fujian Provincial Public Security Management Information System and holds the temporary residence registration certificate of Fujian Province within its jurisdiction, and the accompanying children can also apply to attend public primary schools.
